Teaching and learning

• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics and Science lessons in English, following the school curriculum and Edexcel pathway.
• Prepare weekly lesson plans, worksheets and teaching materials in advance.
• Use hands-on activities, experiments, visuals and real-life examples to make concepts clear.
• Early years (Playgroup–KG): build number sense, shapes, patterns and curiosity about the world through play.
• Primary (Grades 1–5): build strong foundations in arithmetic, problem-solving and basic science.
• Secondary and O Levels: teach Mathematics and Science to Edexcel standards and prepare students for exams.

Assessment and progress

• Set and mark classwork, homework, class tests and term exams.
• Track each student's progress and give extra support to those who need it.
• Prepare report cards and progress notes on time.

Students, guardians and school life

• Keep a positive, disciplined and safe classroom.
• Meet guardians at parent-teacher meetings and share clear, kind feedback.
• Take part in science fairs, maths activities, events and staff training sessions.

Required

• Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and General Science.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Patience, warmth and genuine interest in working with children.

Preferred

• Teaching or tutoring experience, especially English medium or Edexcel/Cambridge.
• An O/A Level or English medium background.
• Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Google tools).
