Reading starts with sounds
Before children learn letter names, they learn the sounds letters make, in this order: s, a, t, i, p, n. With just these six sounds, they can already blend and read real words. That is how our youngest learners start reading with confidence.

Is Nexus Grammar School the same as Nexus International School?
No. Nexus Grammar School is an independent school in Gazipur, Bangladesh. It is not connected with Nexus International School in Malaysia or Singapore.
How does NGS teach young children to read English?

Which class should my child start in?

When can I visit the school?
Our office is open every day, 8am – 5pm. Free assessments run every Sunday and Tuesday, 10am – 1pm, at our campus in Dakkhin Chayabithi, Joydebpur.
Does NGS offer spoken English or IELTS classes?
Yes, through Nexus English Learning Center, run under NGS supervision. It offers spoken English for children, teenagers and adults, and IELTS preparation.
